• All treatments require a prior appointment and are subject to availability. You can seek guidance through our telephone channels or via the internet.
• Upon arrival, you must pay the total cost of the treatment at the SPA reception.
• Out of mutual respect, we request punctuality. We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes before your appointment time to make the payment, complete the registration, and begin enjoying your experience.
• Late arrivals will result in your treatment concluding according to the scheduled time, and the service fee will remain unchanged.
• If you are unable to attend your appointment, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule your services and avoid a 100% charge.
• Guests aged 16 and above are welcome in our facilities as long as they are accompanied and supervised by an adult, respecting our internal policies.
• If you are pregnant, we are concerned about your well-being and that of your baby. Please seek advice on the most suitable treatments during this stage.
• Mudra Spa Massage is an oasis of relaxation and harmony. Please turn off your mobile phone, maintain appropriate behavior, and respect the environment for the enjoyment of all visitors.
• To ensure your safety and physical well-being, we ask you to complete a clinical record where you can share relevant information about your health, allergies, injuries, or chronic medical conditions, so that we can tailor the experience to your needs.
• Consumption of food and alcoholic beverages is not allowed. We reserve the right to refuse services to individuals under the influence of alcohol or drugs for their own safety.
• During treatments in the cabin, our therapists will work professionally. The use of underwear or disposable garments is mandatory, and nudity is not permitted.
• Clients are expected to maintain appropriate behavior at all times. Otherwise, we may be forced to interrupt the treatment, regardless of the remaining time.
• For security reasons, please refrain from bringing jewelry or valuables. We are not responsible for the loss of items brought to the premises, as the use of the areas is shared by all our visitors.

SPA POLICIES & ETIQUETTE:

• We will provide you with a space to store your personal belongings, and you will find sanitized robes and sandals for your use.
• Amenities such as towels, sandals, hairdryers, and brushes provided during your visit are the property of Mudra Spa Massage. At the end of your visit, please deposit them in the designated containers.
• Our opening hours are Monday to Friday from 10 am to 9 pm, Saturdays from 9 am to 8 pm, and Sundays from 10 am to 5 pm.
• At the SPA reception, you can obtain information about gift certificates, personal care products, payment methods, and gratuities.
